We are looking to fill roles from Consultant to Architect and eligibility for these roles is based upon your experience with the qualifications listed below.

Qualifications

Exposure to BI technologies and prior experience in one of the following areas:

• ETL – SQL Server Integration Services or Data Transformation Services is preferred
• Dimensional Modeling – Development of Star and Snowflake schemas in SQL Server (and other RDBMS platforms)
• OLAP – Construction of cubes in SQL Server Analysis Services 2000 or 2005
• Reporting – Use of SQL Server Reporting Services (or another report designer)
• Development – Use of .NET Framework to construct BI solutions
• SharePoint – Use of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server to host BI solutions
• Full-lifecycle project experience and diversity of roles in one or more of the following areas: Analyst, BI Engineer, Team Lead, Architect and QA.
• Familiarity with BI methodology, the work of Ralph Kimball in particular, and basic to advanced experience building data warehouses and BI solutions to capture data from diverse sources for analysis and access.
• Highly proactive. Chooses to take initiative and ownership of projects.
• Track record of successful participation on or leadership of teams.
• Microsoft Certification a plus.

If you’re passionate about Microsoft BI but don’t have all of the latest skillsets around SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Business Scorecard Manager, Performance Point and Sharepoint/MOSS – but still have solid foundations with SQL Server, DTS or another ETL product, Crystal or another reporting product – we want to talk to you! We deliver MS BI training from our own curriculum and are willing to invest in the right candidates.
